Terms of sale.

Who you are buying from

Your contract is with FAWQAH Ltd, the company behind Madinah Natural. Our details are at the foot of this page, and you can reach us at madinahnatural@gmail.com.

What you are buying

Raw, unrefined shea butter, sold by weight as an ingredient for you to make your own things with. It is not a finished cosmetic and it is not sold for medicinal use. Whatever you make with it, and anything you go on to sell, is down to you, including any safety assessment or labelling the law asks of you.

Raw shea varies naturally in colour, scent and texture from batch to batch. That is not a fault.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds. If the price on our website and the price on the Stripe checkout page ever disagree, the checkout page is the one that counts. We are not VAT registered, so there is no VAT to add and the price you see is the whole of what you pay.

Stripe takes the payment by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We never see or hold your card details.

How the order works

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract starts when we confirm it by email. If we cannot fulfil it, say a size has run out, we will tell you and refund you in full.

Delivery, cancelling and faults

These are covered on delivery and returns and refunds, and they form part of these terms.

Our liability

Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
