When you place an order, we may receive information such as your:

- Email address
- Delivery address
- Order details
We use this information to process your payment, fulfil and deliver your order, provide any digital products included with your purchase, and deal with customer service enquiries.
Payment information is processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe.
Cookies and advertising
We advertise on Facebook and Instagram, and we would like to know which of those ads lead to a sale. That is what the Meta pixel does, and it uses cookies to do it.
It does not load unless you allow it. When you first visit we ask, and until you answer, nothing is loaded and nothing is sent. If you say no, the pixel is never fetched at all.
If you say yes, Meta receives that you visited, which page, which ad audience brought you, and if you buy, the order value. It does not receive your name or your address.
You can change your mind whenever you like using the Cookies link at the foot of any page.
Who we share information with
We only share information where necessary to operate our business and fulfil your order, including with payment providers, website and email service providers, and delivery companies.
We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep order information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil orders, provide customer support and meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how it is used.
